Vinge advises RenoNorden a portfolio company of Norvestor, the Norwegian private equity firm

RenoNorden, one of the largest household waste management companies in the Nordic countries, has acquired the assets of Resta Sverige AB, which was declared bankrupt at the beginning of September 2010. RenoNorden has acquired all of the company’s approximately 100 employees as well as machinery, premises and equipment. RenoNorden will continue to provide waste management collection and transportation services for several municipalities including Stockholm municipality. RenoNorden is one Norvestor’s portfolio companies.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Peter Morawetz and associates Johan Steen and Andreas Malmberg.

Vinge has advised Infranity, a private equity firm specializing in infrastructure investments, in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in Nordic Re-Finance AB, a Scandinavian locomotives lessor. The acquisition brings ambitious development plans for Nordic Re-Finance AB, including expansion into new geographical areas.
