Vinge is advising QlikTech International AB in connection with the acquisition of the share in NComVA AB. QlikTech International AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary to Qlik Technologies Inc., which is listed at NASDAQ. QlikTech creates and distributes innovative business intelligence solutions. NComVA AB creates and distributes visualisation tools.
