Vinge advises QlikTech International AB on acquisition of all of the shares in NComVA AB

Vinge is advising QlikTech International AB in connection with the acquisition of the share in NComVA AB. QlikTech International AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary to Qlik Technologies Inc., which is listed at NASDAQ. QlikTech creates and distributes innovative business intelligence solutions. NComVA AB creates and distributes visualisation tools.
