Vinge has advised Pyrotek Global Holdings Inc. in conjunction with its acquisition of SFX controllers Sweden AB, Unique Pyrotechnic ApS, Unique Pyrotechnic AS, Laserteknikk AS, Fyrverkeri Experterna Per Hultgren AB and Unique Pyrotechnic AB.

Vinge’s team was led by Wibeke Sorling (Partner, M&A) and further comprised Amelia Rihs (M&A), Anna Högsten (Employment, IT and Data Protection), Aleksandar Bajic (Commercial Agreements), Fredrik Löwenclou (Compliance) and Carl-Johan Lerjefors (Real Estate).

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
