Vinge advises the American NYSE listed company Pure Storage, Inc. on its acquisition of Compuverde AB. Both Pure Storage and Compuverde are in the field of data storage.

Compuverde is a leading developer of file software solutions for enterprises and cloud providers based in Sweden.

Vinges’s team consisted of responsible partner Matthias Pannier and senior associate Carl Sander, together with Hannes Pettersson, Hanna Risberg (M&A), Nicklas Thorgerzon, Fredrika Hjelmberg, Alva Hägglund (IT/Commercial Agreements), Klara Secher (IP), Maria Schultzberg, Henrik Wastenson, Victor Ericsson (Tax), Sophia Holm, Sara Strandberg (Employment) och Agnes Perbo (Real Estate).
