Vinge advises Pure Storage on its acquisition of Compuverde

Vinge advises the American NYSE listed company Pure Storage, Inc. on its acquisition of Compuverde AB. Both Pure Storage and Compuverde are in the field of data storage.

Compuverde is a leading developer of file software solutions for enterprises and cloud providers based in Sweden.

The acquisition strengthens Francks Kylindustri’s position in southern Sweden and broadens the group’s offering within the refrigeration industry.
