Vinge advises Powerbox International AB in connection with the sale of its Italian subsidiary Powerbox Italia Srl to Bel Fuse Inc. The Powerbox group is one Europe's leading manufacturers and suppliers of power converters and associated products with subsidiaries in 16 countries.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Larsson together with associate Rime Dreber.
