Vinge advises Platzer on the acquisition of a logistics property in Sörred Logistics Park

Vinge has advised Platzer on the acquisition of the property Sörred 8:15 in Sörred Logistics Park in Hisingen in Gothenburg. The acquisition is performed in accordance with the purchase option held by Platzer in the joint venture with Catena, which grants priority to acquire completed projects at market value. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 570 million, less deferred tax. Closing is expected to take place on 1 July 2026.

The property is a modern logistics facility comprising approximately 29,700 square metres of lettable area and is fully let to Speed Group under a ten-year lease agreement. The building is intended to be environmentally certified to BREEAM Excellent.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Olof Jisland, Kristoffer Larson and Simon Gille-Johnson.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Malte Månson is an independent service and repair provider for commercial vehicles and operates a network of 28 service workshop locations across Sweden, authorized by brands such as MAN, DAF, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, Setra, VDL and EVO. Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
