VINGE ADVISES PLATZER IN CONNECTION WITH ITS LISTING ON NASDAQ OMX STOCKHOLM AND NEW ISSUE OF SHARES

Vinge is advising Platzer Fastigheter Holding AB in connection with the listing of Platzer’s shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. In connection with the listing, a new issue of class B shares will be performed which is intended to be directed to both the general public and institutional investors and is expected to generate capital for Platzer in the region of SEK 632-708 million.

Vinge’s team primarily consists of responsible partner Olof Jisland, partners Anders Strid (capital markets) and Ulf Käll, and associates Anna Hofling Johansson (tax) as well as Ingrid Johansson and Emma Kero Ljungberg (due diligence and prospectus).
