Vinge advises Platzer in connection with billion kronor acquisition from Vasakronan

Vinge has advised Platzer Fastigheter in connection with its acquisition of two properties situated in Gårda in Gothenburg from Vasakronan.

The properties consist of 22 400 square metres and were ascribed an underlying real estate value of MSEK 1 068 in the transaction. The deal was structured as a corporate acquisition.

Vinge’s team consisted of Olof Jisland and Kristoffer Larson.
