Vinge advises Platzer in connection with an acquisition

Vinge advised Platzer when the joint venture company Sörreds Logistikpark was formed together with Bockasjö and Sörreds Logistikpark in the acquisition of AB Platzer Sörred 8:12 and the property Göteborg Sörred 8:12 from Platzer.

The underlying real estate value amounted to SEK 250 million. Industrial and logistics facilities will be constructed on the property.

Vinge’s team consisted of Olof Jisland and Kristoffer Larsson.
