Vinge has advised Permobil AB in connection with the acquisition of JMB iCare AB. iCare is one of France’s leading distributors of electric wheelchairs.
Vinge’s team consisted of partner Jonas Johansson together with counsel Ulrich Ziche and, among others, associate Carl Sander and project assistant Anna Hellohf.
