Vinge advises People Ventures in conjunction with an investment in Leia Health

Vinge has advised the Danish VC fund People Ventures in conjunction with its investment in Leia Health, which has developed an app designed to map physical and mental health for postpartum women.

Leia Health has added MSEK 14 in its latest investment round and, in addition to People Ventures, Norrsken and Unconventional Ventures are the main investors.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of  Johan Winnerblad, Eléonore Friberg, Jonna Skog, Ebba Nyberg and Karolina Fuhrman.

Swoosh today employs approximately 450 people and generates revenues of nearly SEK 700 million.

Vinge has advised Montrose by Carnegie AB on its application for authorisation to conduct securities business

Vinge has successfully advised Montrose by Carnegie AB in connection with its application to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority for authorisation to conduct securities business. The authorisation was granted by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 2 July 2026.
