Vinge has advised Our Legacy and the founders in connection with the divestment of a minority stake in Our Legacy to LVMH, through its investment fund LVMH Luxury Ventures.

Our Legacy is a fashion brand based in Stockholm, Sweden, founded in 2005. The company has a revenue of approximately SEK 400 million with its biggest markets in South Korea, US, England, Japan and Italy. The investment in Our Legacy is LVMH’s first investment in a Swedish fashion brand in 25 years. 

Vinge’s team consisted of Jonas Bergström, Samra Tesser, Egil Svensson and Michella Lina Said (M&A).
