Vinge advises OptiGroup AB in acquisition of Stadsing A/S.

Vinge advises OptiGroup AB (former Papyrus Holding AB) in connection with its acquisition of Stadsing A/S. 

Stadsing is one of the leading suppliers of cleaning, hygiene and facility supplies in Denmark. The transaction was completed following approval from the Danish competition authority.

Vinge´s team consisted of Christina Kokko (M&A), Anna Palmérus (competition law), Oscar Rydén and Johanna Wiberg.
