Vinge advises on the sale of Snabboteket

Vinge has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of Snabboteket AB to Apoteket AB (publ). Snabboteket sells drugs without prescription and self-care products in small packages for inter alia the hotel and travel markets. State owned Apoteket is Sweden’s leading pharmacy operator. Snabboteket has been a Vinge Growth client since the company was founded in 2010.

From Vinge, Kristian Ford has advised the sellers of Snabboteket.
