Vinge advises on the sale of ArmaTech to Defensor Group

Vinge has advised on the sale of ArmaTech i Kungsbacka AB (“ArmaTech”) to the newly formed defence group Defensor Group AB (“Defensor”).

Pursuant to the transaction, Defensor acquires approximately 70 per cent of the shares in ArmaTech. In connection with the transaction, Flat Capital AB (publ) has become the largest owner of Defensor. Defensor’s ambition is to become a leading player in the Nordic defence and security industry and, in parallel with the acquisition of ArmaTech, also acquired 70 per cent of the shares in SAFE4U.

ArmaTech is a Nordic system supplier and partner to world-leading manufacturers of systems and products in the defence and security sector. The previous owners have reinvested in both ArmaTech and Defensor Group and will continue to play an active part in the company’s development.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Magnus Pauli, Petronella Hallberg, Emma Jansson, and Fredrik Löwenclou.
