Vinge advises on sale of Nordomatic

Vinge has advised the majority owner Sobro and other shareholders in connection with the sale of Nordomatic to Adelis Equity Partners, which will be the company’s new majority shareholder.

Nordomatic is a supplier of energy and environmentally smart automated solutions to the real estate, installation and construction sectors with a turnover of SEK 330 million and 175 employees.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Linda Sengul and Samra Baytar and project assistant Anna Hellohf.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
