Vinge advises Neptuniplan Maritime in financing of ANCS acquisition

Vinge has advised Neptuniplan Maritime Holding AB in connection with entering into a more than EUR 133 000 000 facilities agreement with Citibank, Danske Bank and Nordea for the purpose of, among other things, financing its acquisition of Wärtsilä’s Automation, Navigation and Control Systems (ANCS) business. Operations will be continuing under NACOS Marine, who provides, among other things, advanced solutions in vessel navigation, automation, and control systems, as well as adaptive autopilots and Guidance Marine, a leader in position reference sensor technology for dynamic positioning and maritime safety.

Neptuniplan Maritime Holding AB is a portfolio company owned by the Swedish investment firm Solix Group AB.

Vinge’s team consisted of Henrik Ossborn, Jolinn Uhlin and William Carlberg Johansson.

Vinge advises Trinax Group in conjunction with the acquisition of AddMobile and Scudo Solutions

 Trinax Group has acquired the Swedish company AddMobile and the Finnish company Scudo Solutions, which specialise in software for work order management and project and cost management respectively. The two acquisitions broaden the group’s offering across the entire value chain, from the client’s budget and costing to the contractor’s field work, whilst strengthening its geographical presence in Finland.
