March 07, 2012

Vinge has advised Midway Holding AB in connection with the purchase of the entire share capital in Landqvists Mekaniska Verkstad AB, a subcontractor to the vehicle, agricultural and construction industries.

Landqvists Mekaniska bears substantial similarities to Stans & Press which is already part of the Midway Group. The companies complement each other very well, both geographically and in terms of capacity and the acquisition is expected to provide several synergy effects.
