Vinge advises Litorina IV in connection with the acquisition of Sveba-Dahlén Group

Vinge has advised Litorina IV in connection with the acquisition of Sveba-Dahlén Group, which is one of the Nordic Region’s leading suppliers of high quality bakery ovens and equipment with a broad international presence. The company has sales of approximately SEK 500 million, two-thirds of which are generated outside the Nordic Region.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Jonas Bergström, Louise Markgren, Mårten Svensson, Johan Cederblad and Linnéa Blommé.

Vinge advises the financing banks in connection with Verdane and Telenor’s partnership in Telenor Connexion

 Vinge has advised a syndicate of Nordic and Northern European banks connection with the financing of Verdane and Telenor’s new partnership relating to Telenor Connexion. Under the partnership, Verdane and Telenor will jointly invest in Telenor Connexion, a leading provider of IoT solutions. The transaction was completed on 10 September 2026 and values Telenor Connexion at SEK 7.5 billion.
