Vinge advises Lifco AB in connection with the business acquisition of Aponox Oy

Vinge is advising Lifco AB in connection with its subsidiary, KINSHOFER Gmbh’s acquisition of the business operations of the Finnish Aponox Oy via the newly-formed subsidiary, KINSHOFER Aponx Oy. KINSHOFER Gmbh is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of crane and excavator attachments and is a subsidiary of Lifco AB, which is a subsidiary of Carl Bennet AB. Aponox Oy is a Finnish manufacturer of primarily loaders for cranes and excavators using new, revolutionary technology.

Partner Erik Gabrielson is advising Lifco AB in connection with the acquisition.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
