Vinge advises LBS Intressenter AB on the sale of independent high schools

Vinge is advising LBS Intressenter AB on the sale of Ljud & Bildskolan LBS AB and Drottning Blankas Gymnasieskola AB to Academedia. Through this acquisition, Academedia will become Sweden’s largest, in terms of volume, education providers listed on the stock exchange. LBS’s shareholders will receive shares in AcadeMedia and will become the owners of approximately 15.52 per cent of the share capital and 10.01 per cent of the votes in AcadeMedia.

The Vinge team includes Johan Göthberg and Mi Gustavsson.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
