Vinge advises Lantmännen in conjunction with acquisition from Tate&Lyle

Vinge has advised Lantmännen in connection with its acquisition of British Tate&Lyle’s Swedish oat production operations.

The acquisition is a part of Lantmännen’s continued focus on additional processing of oats to, inter alia, the food manufacturing industry.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with, among others, associates Karl Klackenberg and David Lundahl (M&A), partner Johan Cederblad and associate Hampus Olsson (Environmental/Permits) as well as associates Hedvig Ekdahl (Commerical Agreements), Lisa Ullman (Employment), Karolina Cohrs (Real Property) and Klara Secher (IP).
