VINGE ADVISES LAGERKRANTZ GROUP IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF ASEPT INTERNATIONAL

Vinge has advised Lagerkrantz Group in connection with the acquisition of Asept International. Asept International is a production company which offers customised closed dispenser systems that are primarily used for liquid foodstuffs. The company has total annual sales of approximately SEK 65 million with good profitability.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Johan Cederblad and Louise Markgren.

Vinge has represented Inflexion in connection with the acquisition of the Mecenat group from IK. The acquisition of Mecenat is the first investment made through Inflexion's new Enterprise Fund VI, and Inflexion's first acquisition in Sweden.
