VINGE ADVISES LAGERKRANTZ GROUP IN CONNECTION WITH ACQUISIITON OF LANDAUER NORDIC

Vinge has advised Lagerkrantz Group in connection with the acquisition of Landauer Nordic from Landauer, Inc. Landauer Nordic develops and sells products and services for the measurement of radon. The company’s headquarters are situated in Uppsala and the company has a subsidiary in Chicago, USA. Landauer Nordic has an annual turnover of SEK 40 million with good profitability.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Filip Öhrner, Carl Sander, Evelina Tejle and Rebecka Weitzberg.

Vinge advises on the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström’s business

Vinge has advised the Swedrup family in connection with the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström, Verkstaden för svenska mattor och vävnader Aktiebolag. The company manufactures rugs and tapestries in Båstad based on designs by both Märta Måås-Fjetterström herself and her successors, such as Barbro Nilsson, Marianne Richter, Ann-Mari Forsberg and others. The buyer is the Hult family.
