VINGE ADVISES LAGERKRANTZ GROUP IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACQUISITION OF SVENSKA INDUSTRIBORSTAR I VÄSTERÅS

Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group AB in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Svenska Industriborstar i Västerås AB. The company develops, sells and manufactures a specially designed brush system consisting of steel and plastic brushes for snow removal from airport runways as well as for industrial purposes within the manufacturing industry.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associate Filip Öhrner.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
