VINGE ADVISES LAGERKRANTZ GROUP IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACQUISITION OF EXCIDOR

Vinge has advised Lagerkrantz Group in connection with its acquisition of Excidor AB. Excidor, which is situated in Bollnäs, has a strong market position within control systems for mobile operator environments. The company’s products are primarily used in forestry machinery, excavators and wheel loaders.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associate Filip Öhrner.
