Lagercrantz Group has acquired all shares in AB ORAX, a leading provider of products for management and maintenance in the funeral and cemetery sector.
Vinge has advised Investor in connection with an acquisition of 12,500,000 shares in EQT AB from Wallenberg Investments for a total consideration of approximately SEK 3.5 billion.
