Vinge advises Lagercrantz Group in conjunction with the acquisition of shares in Libra-Plast

Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group in conjunction with the acquisition of 75% of the shares in the Norwegian company Libra-Plast, a market leader in top quality doors, hatches and storage units for the marine industry. Libra-Plast had a turnover of approximately MNOK 177 in 2020 with an EBITA of approximately MNOK 28.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad and Stina Bengtsson.
