Vinge advises Klövern in connection with the public offer from Corem Property Group

Corem Property Group AB (publ) has announced a public offer to the shareholders of Klövern AB (publ). The total value of the offer amounts to approx. SEK 19.5 billion.

The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman, Dain Hård Nevonen and Rikard Lindahl.

On 22 April 2025, RWK Bidco AB, a newly formed company indirectly wholly owned by KKR Funds, announced a public tender offer to the shareholders in Biotage AB to tender all ordinary shares in Biotage to RWK Bidco at a price of SEK 145 in cash per ordinary share.
