Vinge advises KKR in connection with an additional investment in Söderberg & Partners

Söderberg & Partners has raised new capital for its continued international expansion. The current minority owner, KKR, has invested an additional amount of SEK 2.3 billion through a new issue of shares. Following the new issue of shares, KKR will remain as a significant minority shareholder in Söderberg & Partners together with TA Associates. However, control of the company remains with its founders and chairman of the board of directors.

Vinge’s team consisted of Christina Kokko, Samra Tesser and Maximilian Bengtsson.

Vinge has advised IK Partners and its portfolio company Francks Kylindustri in connection with the acquisition of Helsingborgs Kylteknik, a company specialising in refrigeration technology and refrigeration services in southern Sweden. The acquisition strengthens Francks Kylindustri’s position in southern Sweden and broadens the group’s offering within the refrigeration industry.
