KEYTO Group continues its growth journey by strengthening its offering in Sweden as Enspecta joins the group. This strategic addition marks KEYTO’s entry into a new service vertical focused on home inspection, assessment and optimisation - and reinforces the ambition of a leading, tech-enabled one-stop destination for home-related services. 

Vinge's team mainly consisted of Jonas Bergström, Gustav Wahlberg and Ian Linde (M&A), Carla Håkansson and Gabriel Pålsson (Commercial Agreements), William Karo Persson and Ida Pettersson (Employment), Melinda Oldenburg (IP), Nicklas Thorgenzon and Sara Link (IT and GDPR), Olivia Carlsten and Josef Jatta Kölin (Insurance) and Caroline Löv (Transaction Support Coordinator).

Vinge has advised Alder on the establishment of Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I and on a fund credit facility agreement in connection with the fundraising

 Vinge has advised Alder on the establishment of the continuation fund Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I AB. In connection with the establishment, the fund acquires the portfolio companies SI and SMG from Alder II. Vinge also advised Alder on the entering into of a fund credit facility agreement with SEB.
