VINGE ADVISES IZETTLE AB IN CONNECTION WITH CAPITAL RAISING

iZettle AB has carried out a directed new issue of approximately EUR 40 million to the private equity companies Zouk Capital, Dawn Capital and Intel Capital as well as to some of the company’s existing shareholders in order to develop its payment services solutions and continue its expansion within and outside Sweden.

iZettle AB makes it possible for businesses and private persons to receive card payments by downloading iZettle AB’s app to an iPhone or iPad (with or without a card reader).

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Henrik Wenckert together with, among others, associates Malin Buch and Filip Brosset.

Vinge has advised Accent Equity VI and the minority shareholders on their divestment of Malte Månson to Citira, a European tire management provider and portfolio company of Norvestor. Headquartered in Stockholm, Malte Månson is an independent service and repair provider for commercial vehicles and operates a network of 28 service workshop locations across Sweden, authorized by brands such as MAN, DAF, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, Setra, VDL and EVO. Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
