Vinge advises Investor on Agnafit Bidco’s public offer for Sobi

Agnafit Bidco has announced a public offer to the shareholders of Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ).

The total value of the offer is approximately SEK 69.4 billion.

Vinges team mainly includes public M&A partner Erik Sjöman that advises Investor AB (publ), Sobi’s largest shareholder.
