Vinge advises Investor Growth Capital on the acquisition of Global Health Partner PLC

Vinge advises Investor Growth Capital on the acquisition of Global Health Partner PLC from Hosar International Ltd. Global Health Partner is listed on AIM and offers healthcare in Sweden as well as in England. The acquisition involves 15 per cent of the company.

Investor Growth Capital is represented by partner Johan Winnerblad with assistance from associate Pontus Enquist.
