Awave is a digital agency and has special expertise in the field of web development, UX, UI and digital marketing. The Awave Group has approximately 55 employees in Sweden, Denmark and Latvia.Intracto Group is an innovative digital service group in the Benelux and the Nordics.

Vinge’s team consisted of Magnus Pauli, Johanna Hamrefält (Project Manager), Anna Ståhlklo (M&A), Alexander Lindeberg (IP/IT) and Gabriella Varga (Employment), among others.
Kromann Reumert in Denmark and Ellex Klavins in Latvia acted as local counsels in connection with the transaction.
