Vinge advises Industrifonden on the investment in ChromoGenics

Industrifonden will invest MSEK 20 in ChromoGenics, a company based in Uppsala that produces an energy saving plastic foil for windows. The new issue of shares also involves the current owners Volvo Technology Transfer and Innovationsbron. The money will be used for the company’s first commercial production plant.

Industrifonden is represented by partner Johan Winnerblad assisted by Johan Larsson.

Vinge has represented Inflexion in connection with the acquisition of the Mecenat group from IK. The acquisition of Mecenat is the first investment made through Inflexion's new Enterprise Fund VI, and Inflexion's first acquisition in Sweden.
