Vinge advises Industrifonden in connection with its investment in eBuilder

Industrifonden and Eqvitec Technology Fund III are investing a total of SEK 40 million in eBuilder, which offers online business process integration systems. Vinge is advising Industrifonden.

eBuilder has developed solutions in logistics, purchasing and travel and provides its services online. eBuilder currently has half a million users in 50 countries and the new capital will be used to accelerate expansion.

Vinge’s team consists of Johan Larsson (project manager) and Joacim Rydergård. Johan Winnerbald is the responsible partner.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
