Vinge advises Industrifonden in conjunction with an investment in Open Payments

Vinge has advised Industrifonden in connection with Industrifonden commencing a seed round of EUR 3 million in the fintech company Open Payments.

Existing investors, Brightly Ventures and Luminar Ventures, are also participating in the round. Open Payments is one of the leading Open Banking platforms in the Nordic Region.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Johan Larsson, Isabelle Jengsell, Caroline Krassén and Paulina Malmberg.
