Vinge advises in connection with the sale of Fresks Group

Vinge has advised Litorina IV, Oscarson Invest and other shareholders in connection with the sale of Fresks Group to Kesko.

Fresks Group is a leading chain of Swedish builders’ merchants focusing primarily on the B2B segment. The company has 33 facilities and a turnover of approximately SEK 2,100 million pro forma.

Kesko’s acquisition is conditional upon the Swedish Competition Authority’s approval.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Fredric Reissmüller, Manne Bergström, Milad Kamali, Trine Osen Bergqvist, Sofie Sundin and Jessica Öijer.

Vinge has advised Northmill in connection with its inaugural issuance of primary capital instruments (AT1)

Vinge has advised Northmill Group AB in connection with its issuance of SEK 275 million primary capital instruments (so called “AT1 bonds”) with a floating rate interest of 3-month STIBOR + 690 basis points. The AT1 bonds are perpetual with a first call option after five years and are intended to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market and, subsequently, on Nasdaq Stockholm.
