Vinge advises IK Investment Partners in connection with the acquisition of Touristry

Vinge has advised IK Small Cap I Fund in connection with the acquisition of Touristry.

Touristry is a market leading operator of sightseeing buses and boats as well as a supplier of other tourist related services in the Nordic region through its trademarks such as Red Buses, Red Sightseeing, Stockholm Info and Copenhagen Info. The transaction is subject to customary conditions to closing.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, partner Jonas Bergström together with associates Filip Öhrner, Eleonor Kjellén, Adam Sandberg, Andrea Nicolin and Karin Isacson.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
