Vinge advises iBinder Group in connection with the acquisition of SokoPro, Finland´s leading document management SaaS-solution for construction projects, from Grano Group, a content services company part of Panostaja Group.

iBinder is the leading Nordic digital platform for information management in the construction and real estate industry. The acquisition of SokoPro accelerates iBinder Group´s growth journey and expands the attractive service offering to pan-nordic customers.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jonas Bergström, Johanna Wiberg and Christa Anttila (M&A), Lisa Hörnqvist (Corporate Commercial) and Mathilda Persson (IT).

Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
