Vinge advises Hexatronic in conjunction with the acquisition of ICT

ICT conducts operations relating to training within fibre and copper technology and will constitute the basis for Hexatronic’s new business area Training which will become an important part of Hexatronic’s international expansion. The purchase price is paid in cash and in Hexatronic shares through an issue in kind. In addition, a supplementary purchase price is payable which is based upon ICT’s result during the next two years (earn-out).

Vinge’s team has primarily consisted of Anders Strid and Daniel Lennartsson.

Vinge has advised Northmill in connection with its inaugural issuance of primary capital instruments (AT1)

Vinge has advised Northmill Group AB in connection with its issuance of SEK 275 million primary capital instruments (so called “AT1 bonds”) with a floating rate interest of 3-month STIBOR + 690 basis points. The AT1 bonds are perpetual with a first call option after five years and are intended to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market and, subsequently, on Nasdaq Stockholm.
