Vinge has advised Helix Kapital in conjunction with the establishment of Wellness Education & Technology AS and its acquisition of Competence Factory AB which offers, among other things, education related to training, health and nutrition.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of  Johan Winnerblad and  Nando Basic.
