Vinge has advised Egetis Therapeutics in connection with a directed share issue

Vinge has advised Egetis Therapeutics AB (publ) (“Egetis Therapeutics”), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, in connection with a directed share issue whereby Egetis Therapeutics raised proceeds of approximately SEK 183 million before transaction costs.

Vinge worked with funds advised by Agilitas on the buy-out of Vivicta (previously Tietoevry Tech Services), including on the issuance of senior secured bonds and on entering into a super senior RCF

Vinge, together with O’Melveny as lead counsel and Avance, worked with funds advised by Agilitas Private Equity LLP (“Agilitas”), the pan-European mid-market private equity firm, in their backing of Vivicta. The buy-out was previously announced on 24 March 2025 and closed on 2 September 2025.
