Vnge has advised Helix Kapital in conjunction with the establishment of Wellness Education & Technology AS and its acquisition of the Norwegian company Akademiet For Personlig Trening AS, which has offered education regarding training, health and nutrition since 2005.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of  Johan Winnerblad and Nando Basic.
