Vinge advises Heda Security in conjunction with the acquisition of Tuna Stängsel

Vinge has advised Heda Security in the acquisition of the shares in Tuna Stängsel.

The Heda Security group is the Nordic region's leading group of companies within installation and service of perimeter security and, following the latest acquisition, has a turnover in excess of SEK 650 million and more than 200 employees.

Vinge's team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad and Nando Basic.

The transaction, which is subject to customary approvals, will entail a EUR 0.5 billion equity investment by GBL.

Vinge advise Lagercrantz Group on the business acquisition of FMK Trafikprodukter

Lagercrantz Group, through its subsidiary Nordic Road Safety, has entered into an agreement to acquire the business and assets of FMK Trafikprodukter – a niche company specialising in CE-certified road barrier systems for the Swedish and Nordic infrastructure market.
