Vinge advises Heda Security in conjunction with its acquisition of MSS Nordic

Vinge has advised Helix Kapital’s portfolio company Heda Security in conjunction with its acquisition of MSS Nordic, a specialist provider of all types of automated gates, traffic level crossing gates and related systems on the Nordic market.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Amanda Steen, Christoffer Nordin and Veronika Garemark.
