Hallbyggarna Jonsereds AB, part of the NSS Group, has acquired Renthall i Sverige AB, which has a turnover of SEK 40 million.

The transaction strengthens the company's presence in northern Sweden and contributes to continued growth.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Anna Neubüser and Alva Chambert.
