Vinge advises H Intressenter in connection with offer for Höganäs

FAM (Foundation Asset Management Sweden AB) and Lindéngruppen AB have, through the jointly owned company H Intressenter AB, announced a public offer for all of the shares in Höganäs AB. The offer values Höganäs AB at approximately SEK 11.2 billion.

Höganäs AB is the world’s leading producer of metal powder. The company’s class B shares are listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

Vinge and Hannes Snellman are advising H Intressenter AB. Vinge’s team is led by responsible partner Göran Nyström and also consists of Charlotte Levin, Jo-Anna Nordström and Oskar Belani as well as Johan Cederblad (environmental), Mikael Ståhl and Marie Brommesson (financing) as well as Johan Karlsson and Peter Alstergren (competition).
