Vinge advises Grolls, Litorina’s protfolio company, in connection with acquisition of Univern

Vinge has advised Grolls, Litorina’s portfolio company, in connection with the acquisition of the Norwegian group, Univern. Univern is one of Norway’s leading suppliers of safety equipment and workwear with its own collection and brands. As a result of the acquisition, the Groll group’s annual turnover has increased from approximately SEK 650 million to approximately SEK 900 million. 

Vinge’s team included partner Johan Winnerblad and associates Jonas Johansson, Peter Alstergren, Nils-Taro Lock, Gustaf Jönsson, Andreas Malmberg and Viveka Linander.

 Vinge has advised Procuritas Capital Investors VII (“Procuritas”) in connection with the acquisition of Parkman i Sverige AB (“Parkman”), a growing Swedish tech-enabled parking operator that provides parking management solutions. As part of the transaction, Indigo Management AS becomes a minority owner of the company.
